Returns

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange after verifying the issue.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
